Consistent quality, returning customer
This was my third order from Bubnest. I first bought a Baby Nest, then a Nursing Pillow, and this time I got a Play Mat. Every purchase has been consistent in quality and delivery. Good quality, detailed experience
I purchased the Organic Baby Nest, a Replacement Mattress, and a couple of Baby Nest Covers. Ordering was straightforward on their website. The delivery came via USPS and took 8 days to reach my address in Texas. Everything was well-packaged in a sturdy box. The baby nest itself feels very well-made; the GOTS certified cotton is soft and the filling seems supportive. I appreciated that the covers fit perfectly and were easy to change. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that. The washing instructions for the nest cover were clear, which is helpful for new parents. It's definitely a premium product.
Decent, few minor issues
I ordered a Pregnancy Pillow and a Knitted Blanket. The pillow is comfortable and really helped me sleep better. The blanket is soft too. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it wasn't terrible. Packaging was fine, nothing fancy. Overall, a good experience, but maybe they could speed up delivery a little.
